Terms of service

Last updated: 13 July 2026. These terms are a contract between your business and TNS 365 Ltd (trading as RingSorted), company no. 11151109, registered in England and Wales, registered office 70 Woodlea Avenue, Huddersfield, HD3 4EF. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them. RingSorted is a service for businesses, not consumers.

What the service is

RingSorted gives you a dedicated UK phone number answered by an AI receptionist. You divert your existing line to it (or hand the number out directly); the receptionist answers in your business's name, follows the call flow you set up, takes messages, and sends them to you by email — plus SMS, call transfers and appointment-request capture on the plans that include them. Your console shows every call and message.

The honest bit about AI

Your receptionist is an AI. It's good, and it never has an off day, but like any receptionist it can occasionally mishear a name or a number. Check your messages, and ring important callers back. We don't guarantee that every call will be answered or every message will be perfect, and you shouldn't rely on the service for anything where a missed or garbled message could cause serious harm.

Never use RingSorted as an emergency line. The receptionist cannot call 999 or 112, and the service must not be used for emergency, medical-urgent or other safety-critical calls.

Free trial

Every plan comes with a 30-day free trial, available once per business, on your first subscription. You add a card at signup but nothing is charged until the trial ends — cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.

Plans, pricing and billing

Current plans: Lite £39/month with 30 answered calls included (then 49p per call), Plus £69/month with 100 calls (then 39p per call), and Unlimited £99/month with unlimited calls under fair use. A custom-choice number is available as an add-on at £12.50/month. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout and on invoices.

Billing is monthly in advance via Stripe; any per-call overage from the previous month is added to your next invoice. Stripe issues your VAT invoices. Prices may change over time, with at least 30 days' email notice — and founding members keep the rate they signed up at for as long as they stay subscribed.

Fair use on Unlimited

Unlimited means unlimited normal receptionist use for one business. It doesn't cover running a call centre, reselling the service, machine-generated or artificially inflated traffic, or using one subscription across multiple businesses. If usage looks like that, we'll talk to you first, and may move you to a suitable plan or, in extreme cases, limit the line.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from the billing page in your console — no notice period, no phone call required. You keep the service until the end of the period you've paid for; we don't refund part-months. We may suspend or end the service for non-payment, for breach of these terms, or for abusive traffic, giving notice where reasonably practical.

Your number

Your RingSorted number is allocated by us from our carrier accounts and is provided for use with the service. If you leave and need continuity on that number, contact us before cancelling and we'll help where we reasonably can.

Your responsibilities

Keep your account details accurate and your login secure — you're responsible for what happens under your account. Use the service lawfully and only for your own business. You're responsible for meeting your own obligations to your callers, including telling them an assistant answers your line where the law or your industry requires it. Don't attempt to misuse the receptionist — including trying to make it act outside the flow you've configured, extracting its instructions, or feeding it content designed to manipulate it.

Availability

We run the service with care, but we can't promise 100% uptime — it depends on phone carriers, the AI provider and the public network, and occasionally we need maintenance windows. We may improve and change features over time; we won't materially reduce what your paid plan includes without notice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't legally be excluded, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise: we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits, lost business or missed opportunities arising from a missed or inaccurate message), and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period.

The demo line

Our public demo number exists so you can hear the receptionist before signing up. Demo calls are limited in length and number, and are transcribed and may be reviewed by us to improve the service.

General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. We'll send notices to the email address on your account. If we make material changes to these terms we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email; the current version always lives on this page.
